Shipping
When will my order ship?
- Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 24-48 hours
- Our distribution centre are located in Sydney and are closed on weekends and public holidays
Please note:
- When an order is placed during a promotional period or public holiday, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch and/or customer service response time due to the high volume of orders received
- Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties/taxes
- Regional delivery addresses may experience additional courier delays
TRACK YOUR ORDER
- All orders are tracked by the delivery carrier
- You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left our distribution centre
- To track your order, please click the tracking link in your dispatch email
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package. Returns
How can I make a return?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on an item purchased online(excluding items on Sale), you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To start the process please get in touch via our contact page.
Are returns free?
- You can return your items using any trackable service;
- You'll need to cover the postage costs yourself;
- It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our premises, so please use a trackable service to ensure your return arrives to us safely;
- If your item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse your delivery costs. However, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original delivery cost. Therefore, we encourage you to use the most economical delivery method for your return. If you are outside Australia and returning a faulty item, please contact our customer service team before posting the product back to us.

When will I receive my refund?
- Returns will be processed within 48 hours of our distribution centre receiving your parcel; this may vary during busy periods.
- Funds will be refunded based on the method used for the original purchase:PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediatelyCredit card refunds will be visible within 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless your item is deemed to be faulty.
EXCHANGE REQUESTS
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges in the traditional sense on international orders. If you’d like to exchange an item you’ve purchased from us, you’ll need to send it back to our returns department and the team will process a refund to the account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your parcel arrives to our online department safely.
In the meantime you can jump back on our site and place a new order for the size you’d like to receive, or alternatively you can wait for your refund to appear before placing this second order.
